TGR was founded in
2002 by Daniel Kelley and Caroline Vaughan
who decided that the blend of Daniel's IT and Telecommunications technical management background and Caroline's high level recruitment experience would make the perfect team.
During the course of his technical career,
Daniel found hiring through Recruitment Agencies difficult as, although they understood the jargon, they did not always understand the technology behind it.

He decided that it was time that a technical recruitment specialist, that actually understood exactly what it's Clients were looking for, to hit the market.
TGR (UK) Ltd was born in 2002 and the rest, as they say, is history!

Within months of starting up, TGR had attracted some of the UK's leading telecommunications, networking and technology professionals, working with an impressive list of clients throughout the UK.

Present
Today TGR is a well respected resource solutions provider, with a enviable Client list and a name for proactively targeting the right candidate, first time.
