Daniel Kelley -

Daniel had worked within the Telecoms and
IT industries for over 17 years before co-founding TGR.

At the age of 16 he won an apprenticeship with Cable and Wireless within their PBX division. He spent the next 11 years in a mixture of field engineering and support
roles at the likes of C&W, Mercury, Siemens, Octel and Avaya before securing a position
as EMEA Telecommunications Manager for Genesys, a huge player in the CRM market.

From there Daniel held a similar position at
Alcatel before setting up his own Telecom
and IT Consultancy business.

During the course of his career, Daniel found hiring through Recruitment Agencies difficult as although they understood the jargon they did not always understand the technology behind it.

He decided that it was time that a technical recruitment specialist, that actually understood exactly what it's Clients were looking for, to hit the market.
TGR was born in 2002 and the rest, as they say, is history!

Caroline Vaughan -

Caroline began her career in recruitment in 1998 after searching for something she was really good at for most of her early 20's.

She finally found her forte when she joined Randstad and immediately made an impact, leading to one promotion after another.
Caroline was then instrumental in creating
and managing Job 2000 before moving into high flying roles with the likes of Reed and
Blue arrow before setting up her own Executive and Head Hunting agency
targetting Blue Chip and Technical giants.

Caroline and Daniel put their heads together
in 2002 and decided that Caroline's recruitment expertise and Daniel's Technical know-how would make the perfect partnership to create a dynamic
and knowledgable technical recruitment specialist.
