TechGrowth Founder

Nick is also the founder of Branch (a lead generation agency) and has led the business since its inception in Bath in 2006.

He learned commercial sales at CMG and ADP and found a clear and common gap in the market which Branch has continued to fill ever since.

Not only has Nick found high-value customers for major FTSE-100 companies, but he has a personal motivation to help SME establish themselves.

TechGrowth is designed to allow its clients to retain valuable sales personnel and then build their own fractional sales community. This community delivers decision maker introductions significantly quicker than pure lead generation without the need for large underperforming sales and agency teams.

Why TechGrowth?

The idea for TechGrowth was born out of the need to provide a solution to the challenge technology companies have in winning business through tradition sales teams and lead generation activities.

A well-connected network of introducers is the key asset that has been built up over many years in the industry.

Parry

Founder, CEO

TechGrowth was created to solve the problem tech companies have with traditional sales and lead generation. Nick’s network of well-connected introducers is a key asset of the business.

He also founded and ran Branch (a lead gen agency) for 17 years.

Nick learned commercial sales at CMG and ADP and found a clear and common gap in the market which Branch has continued to fill ever since. Not only has Nick found high-value customers for major FTSE-100 companies, but he has a personal motivation to help SME establish themselves.

James
Samuels

Co-Founder & CMO

Following an early career in tech marketing (Intel, HP) in Europe and the Middle East, James founded and grew Claritum, a B2B SaaS procurement platform, from start-up to profitable growth.

Claritum automates $1bn tail spend for 1,300 companies including Coca-Cola, Heineken, easyJet, Canon, Mars, GSK, Nestlé and Virgin in over 70 countries.

At TechGrowth, James works with clients to create predictable revenue acceleration, implement automation and measurable ROI.

James is a Goldman Sachs 10KSB program alumni.

Stephen Littlefair

Co-Founder & CTO

After graduating in multimedia computing, Steve developed his career in IT working with the likes of Bentley, BBC & Wessex Water.

A problem solver with a strong work ethic and approachable personality, having over 20 years IT experience in automotive manufacturing, utilities, engineering, IT consultancy & now public service domains.
Driven by a desire to make a difference and a passion for inspiring individuals to continually deliver quality products and realise business values and needs.

Binder

Head of Customer Success

Head of Customer Success
After graduating in Business & Economics, Luke started his career in business development with major SaaS software vendors such as Informatica & Tableau and tech professional services firms like BigHand.

Luke has delivered over 200
successful client acquisition campaigns in IT & Services, SaaS, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Hospitality & Retail.
Luke is a key part of the TG Leadership team, as well as a hands-on part of the delivery team.

David is an experienced technology CFO with an extensive international track record of helping entrepreneurial founders to achieve rapid and profitable growth strategies to exit, to both private equity and trade buyers.

Examples of successful exits include Butterfly Software where he took the business from start- up to trade sale to IBM in 3 years.

At Xceptor, a software and services business, he helped them sell twice to private equity.

Ross
Boardman

Ross has over twenty years of startup experience including 3x startups to IPO.

Ross was part of the leadership team that grew The Hut Group (THG) from £10m to £736m to become the UK's largest-ever technology IPO.

Ross grew the software engineering, product, UX and creative teams from 2 to 150.

He has worked with clients such as Nintendo, Disney, Tesco, Argos, ASDA, Tesco, Honda, Manchester United, Phones4U and Unilever.

James
Farrell

James is an experienced Sales Director, with over 10 years experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to tier 1 financial services firms globally.

Having spent 9-years at Xceptor, a fintech scale-up, James worked through two private equity transactions and delivered significant recurring revenue returns through new logo acquisition and managing existing accounts.

Practicing a consultative sales approach, James focuses on gaining a deep understanding of the customers business, requirements and goals, which enables the creation of commercial proposals that delivers a win-win. This has led to long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships across some of the largest names in financial services, JP Morgan, Citi, HSBC, State Street and Northern Trust.

Dr Nelisha Wickremasinghe

Advisor

Nelisha is a chartered psychologist, writer, educator and organisational change consultant. She has worked in human development for 30 years. 

Her work has taken her across the globe to work with clients such as AstraZeneca, Thomas Cook, Nuvia, Nielsen, Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva and Danone to develop their leaders and employees, and implement complex change. 

Nelisha is the founding director of the Dialogue Space and an Associate Fellow at Oxford University Said Business School where she facilitates sessions for business leaders on the neurobiology of personal and team resilience. 

Nelisha provides guidance to TechGrowth on sustaining healthy corporate communities, their emotional & relational resilience and supporting the healthy growth of networks and partnerships. She also is key to the development of the board, ensuring that they work productively and efficiently together.
